Ingredients
Directions
1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon (ground)1/4 tsp salt2 C oats (dry)4 tsp brown sugar (I used splenda)1 Pear1.5 C milk (I used lactaid fat free milk)1 egg 1 Tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp allspice
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients together in seperate bowl. Then add together.
Once all the ingredients are mixed together put in an oven proof dish and bake at 375 F for up to 30 minutes covered. Or til soft. If you'd like it to be a little more sweet take out of oven and add a little more brown sugar to the top and broil for just a few minutes till carmalized (broil uncovered).
* You may want to line it with some parchment paper and spray the bottom and sides to make it easier to remove from pan. Also, you may want to add a little ALl Spice for extra flavor.
Serving Size: Makes 7-9 1/2C servings
