Ingredients
1 tbsp lime juice1 tsp grade fresh ginger root1 tbsp olive oil, dividedsalt, to tastepepper, to taste12 ounces sugar snap peas, strings removed.5 small onion, diced1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
place 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and saute the onion. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Serve.
