HCG - Phase 3 - Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled, diced1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil Mayonnaise1 Tbsp yellow mustard, sugar free1/2 tsp dry dill weed1/2 tsp paprika1/4 red onion, mincedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients into small bowl, mix and let rest for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator before serving.
