Black eye peas and Saffron Rice

Ingredients
these are estimated amts; since i did not measure to begin with except for amt placed on my plate.1 c blackeye peas (frozen); 1 lg stalk celery chopped; 1 med onion chopped; margine; cook until peas are soft then add apx 1 oz of saffron rice with seasoning.
Directions
In pot add blackeye peas; onion;celery;margine bring to a boil; reduce heat & continue cooking until almost done then add saffron rice & continue cooking until rice is soft.
