1 box Betty Crocker Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix, 3 soft bananas, 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, 1 egg, 1 large tablespoon soft I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds, 2 dashes vanilla, water
Mix cake per instructions with ingredient substitutions (3 mashed bananas for all the eggs and butter). Still put in the water. Mix the batter then gently fold in chia seeds and chocolate chips. I used regular muffin pan with lightly sprayed paper muffin cups. Bake per cupcake directions on box. Let cool before you enjoy!
