Lizzy Angel Hair Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
3 Tbsp olive oil1 large onion chopped6 cloves garlic pressed1 Tbsp dried basil6 Tbsp flour4 cups soy milk1/4 cup nutritional yeast1 small head broccoli cut into florets1 large carrot sliced8 oz fresh sliced baby portabella mushrooms1 cup frozen peassalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Steam broccoli and carrots set aside
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat
Cook onion, garlic, basil until onion is translucent 5-7 minutes
Stir in flour to make paste
Slowly add soy milk stirring constantly
Stir in nutritional yeast and cook over low heat until thickened
Add mushrooms, peas, broccoli and carrots
Salt and pepper to taste and cook till heated through

Serve over thin rice noodles cooked according to package directions. Not included in nutritional information.
