Ingredients
* *manischewitz minestrone soup mix, 8 serving (remove) * *roasted red pepper, Mt Olive, jarred, (1/4 1 pepper = 30 g), 200 gram(s) (remove) * *Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), 1 serving (remove) * *Baby Carrots (9), Raw, 1 serving (remove) * *Oil Packed Sun Dried Tomatoes - 2 pieces, 10 gram(s) (remove) * *Mixed dried vegetables (dry weight, average), 80 gram(s) (remove) * *Alcohol - Wine, White, Medium (125ml, 1/2 cup), 2 serving (remove) * *1/4 cup TVP, 4 serving (remove) * *Clove of Garlic, 2 serving (remove) * *celery raw Three 5 inch sticks, 2 serving (remove) * *100% canola oil, 6 tsp (remove)
Directions
Chop/Dice veg. Warm oil in soup pot. Saute onion, carrot, garlic & celery till softened. Add tomatoes and peppers, mix. Add white wine and reduce. Add 9 c water and the soup mixes. Bring to a boil for a few minutes, transfer to crockpot and cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Serves 8.
