2 Large Sweet Potatoes1/4 cup chicken broth2 Tbsp. light sour creamsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel 2 large Sweet Potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Boil until tender, drain. Mash with fork, broth and sour cream. Season to taste.
