This was wonderful!! I put the cottage cheese into a strainer before mixing it to get rid of excess moisture and get a little closer to ricotta cheese. My hubby loved it too and he has no idea it was this good for him too! :) - 10/5/08

I found that the recipe was a bit watery so I might try draining the tomatoes next time or using a little bit less water. - 2/4/16

I like this better then traditional lasagna. I only use 1 cup broken lasagna noodles. I also added some chopped spinach after noodles were cooked and before I added the cheeses. Wonderful, a favorite. - 1/28/15

My family really liked the dish. I used 1 1/4 of 7% extra lean turkey, 12 oz of tomato sauce (since someone stated it was too loose) and mozzarella cheese since I did not have Parmesan. - 8/25/13

This was a hit at my house tonight! I substituted part skim ricotta cheese because I couldn't find 1% cottage cheese & I used whole wheat rotini noodles. I also added a bit of black pepper & white pepper because we really like pepper. I'll definitely make it again. - 2/14/13

Very easy and tasty! I cooked it for ten minutes longer and let it sit for five before serving and it came out perfectly firm. - 4/19/11

My husband LOVED this and claimed the whole pan for himself just from smelling it cook! He is a lasagna fiend and this met with his approval! It was pretty easy and didn't take too long to make! - 4/11/11

Flavor is good but written recipe needs a little work. Green peppers are mentioned in directions but not in ingredients plus we are not told when to add the pasta (I know it's with the tomatoes but it should still be mentioned). I'll try draining cottage cheese next time -- came out a little loose. - 1/1/11

Just made this last night and everybody loved it with the turkey. They wouldn't have really noticed if I didn't tell them! I also added basil like the other recipe and added the basil and pepper to the cheese mixture. - 5/6/09

Loved it! Easier to make and serve than regular lasagne. Will SOOOO make it again!! (thanks for putting this recipe with gr turkey in, I wish you could do substitutions on the recipe & meal planner rather than adding a whole new recipe!) - 2/26/09

I made this for dinner last night and my husband really liked it. He took some for lunch today and I had it again too; and there is still some left. So it was inexpensive also. - 11/5/08

I thought this was extremely tasty. My boyfriend expressed disappointment because the cottage cheese looked so much like ricotta, but didn't have the same texture (He still ate it up, though). I'll be making this again. - 4/19/08
