Ingredients
2 c. shredded cabbage4 oz. cooked, ground lean turkey1t. chili powder1 t. cumin seed1/4 c. shredded low fat cheddar6 black olives, sliced6 T. chopped, fresh cilantro2 T. Salsa1 lime wedge
Directions
Cook turkey in nonstick pan with chili powder and cumin. Toss together the rest of the ingredients. Squeeze lime wedge over all. Top the vegetables with the hot turkey.

    Yummy, but I did add cumin and garlic powder to the meat. I also added chopped green onions, and cilantro, a little tomato and part of a jalepeno. I knew the calories would go up slightly, but I love veggies. - 3/2/09

    This recipe is for one serving only which is why the seasoning might appear to be light.
