2 c. shredded cabbage4 oz. cooked, ground lean turkey1t. chili powder1 t. cumin seed1/4 c. shredded low fat cheddar6 black olives, sliced6 T. chopped, fresh cilantro2 T. Salsa1 lime wedge
Cook turkey in nonstick pan with chili powder and cumin. Toss together the rest of the ingredients. Squeeze lime wedge over all. Top the vegetables with the hot turkey.

This recipe is for one serving only which is why the seasoning might appear to be light.
