2 Cup Brown Rice2 Cup Peppers, Red, Raw, Chopped1/2 Cup Onion, chopped1T Olive Oil1 tsp. salt1 C Tomato Sauce2 C Chicken Broth
Directions
Brown rice in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
