Oriental couscous

Ingredients
1 cup Whole wheat couscous1 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth1 cup green onions1/2 cup red bell pepper1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Directions
add chicken broth to a pan bring to a boil. remove from heat and stir in all the ingredients let sit covered off of the heat for 5 to 19 minutes
