Spaghetti Sauce - Homemade

Ingredients
5 pints whole canned tomatoes5 cans tomato paste1 pound ground turkey1 pound ground beef1 med onion2 Tbsp parsley4 Tbsp italian seasoning2 tsp oregano2 tsp basil1 Tbsp sugar4 lg stalks celery, diced8 oz mushrooms, diced1 medium zucchini, diced3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Brown, drain, and rinse beef and turkey. Mix all ingredients in large stock pot. Simmer one hour until vegetables are tender. Freeze into five portions - 4 cups each.
1 serving = 1 cup sauce
