Lemon Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups sugar2 eggsdash salt2-3 tsp lemon juicegrated rind of 2 lemons3/4 cup oil1 cup natural yoghurt2 cups GF self-raising flour
Directions
Mix rind, oil, eggs and sugar in a bowl with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and combine well. Pour ingredients into a greased cake tin. Bake for 30 mins at 180C.
Cool then lightly dust with icing sugar.
