Sue's Butternut Squash Fries

Ingredients
2 lbs butternut squash1/8 tsp coarse saltPAM
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Peel and slice squash into strips or fingers. Pat with a paper towel and let stand on paper towel for at least 5 minutes to absorb water. Spray cookie sheet with PAM. Lay strips in a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Carefully flip and bake another 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings
