Green Chili & Rice

Ingredients
2 cup cauliflower1/2 cup Sour Cream1/4 cup Shredded Jack Cheese1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 tbls Chili Powder4 oz Canned chopped green chilies (drained)Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Run cauliflower through a food processor on the gating blade to cut up and look like rice.
3. Mix all ingredients in a glass casserole that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
4. bake for 30 minutes uncovered
