Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oil3/4 cup granulated sugar2 large eggs2 large, very ripe bananas, mashed1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup whole-wheat flour1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. vanilla extract1 cup fat-free skim milk1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions
Add the vinegar to the skim milk and set aside to sour. Beat the oil and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and bananas and beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the flours, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Alternate adding flour mixture and soured milk to banana mixture, beating after each addition. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full and bake in preheated oven at 350 for 17-24 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
