Banana Nut Flaxseed Muffins

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1 c flaxmeal1/4 c granulated Splenda1 T baking powder1 t cinnamon1/2 t allspice1/2 t salt6 oz fatfree Greek yogurt (Fage 0%)1/2 c. 1% milk1 egg, beaten2 med bananas, mashed2 T unsweeted applesauce2 T extra virgin olive oil 2 oz chopped walnuts (about 1/2 cup)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin pan (I use butter flavored Pam). Combine dry and wet ingredients separately, and then combine the two with a minimum of stirring. Fold in walnuts. Fill cups. Bake until firm--20-30 min. After 5 minutes, transfer to rack and cool.

I keep them in the freezer and microwave on high for 1 minute when I want one.
