Ingredients
*Ready Brek - Chocolate, 50 gram Plain white flour (UK), 75 g Baking Powder, 1 tsp *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 15 tspEgg, fresh, 1 large Skimmed milk (ml) (UK), 60ml*Vanilla Essence, 1tsp Sunflower Oil, 65ml
Directions
sieve flour, ready brek, baking powder, and splenda in a bowl. Break egg in a separate bowl and mix in milk, oil and vanilla in with a fork. Fold into the flour mixture with a wooden spoon. Pour into 12 mini muffin cases and bake at 200 degrees C for 20 mins until skewer comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
