Omega 3 and Fiber bar

Ingredients
2 cups flax meal2 cups sunflower seeds2 cups chopped pecans2 cups chopped pitted prunes2 cups almond meal6 eggs1 t nutmeg3 T cinnamon1 t cloves8 oz maple syrup1 cup wheatgerm2 cups oatmeal
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Press into a 12x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, cut into bars while warm.
