1/2 head cabbage2 cups chopped broccoli1 tbs canola oil1 Block soft tofu, cut into cubes1 can Bamboo Shoots1 can water chestnuts1 bunch scallions, sliced thinFor the sauce:3 cloves garlic crushed1 tbs Minced fresh ginger3 Tbs Soy Sauce5 tbs rice vinegar3 tbs Hoisin Sauce1 tbs sesame oil
steam the cabbage and broccoli until almost cooked through. Add the canola oil to the pan. When hot add the diced tofu in an even layer. Don't stir for 1-2 minutes and then stir. When browned add the cabbage and broccoli. Fry until completely cooked through. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 1 minute and take it off the heat. Serve with rice.
