Fabulous Pepper Steak & Rice

Ingredients
1 lb Round Steak - sliced in thin strips2 c. Green Peppers - sliced or cubed2 c. Celery - 1/2" slices1 large Onion - sliced into rings1 clove Garlic - minced2 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 c. water1 Tbsp Corn Starch2 c. wild rice, raw4 c. water
Directions
Cook the 2 cups wild rice in approx 4 cups of water or according to your rice package instructions. While the rice is cooking, continue with the recipe. In a large non-stick frying pan, stir fry the steak strips until no longer pink. Add garlic and soy sauce and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring often and adding a little water if it gets too dry. Add 1 cup of water mixed with 1 Tbsp corn starch, stir. Add veggies. Cook for 10 minutes longer or until veggies are cooked to taste and sauce has thickened. Serve the peppersteak over the rice. Serves 6 and you'll probably have delicious leftovers too!
