Ingredients
Ingredients:*Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 19.20 oz Onions, raw, 1 large (chopped)Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz Cloves, ground, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Bulgur, dry, .5 cup Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 2 tsp
Directions
Preheat 350 degrees

Mix the meat, turkey, onions, mint, nutmeg, cloves, bulgur, salt and pepper all together

Let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours

Then roll them out into 3oz balls (should make about 12 could be more)

Put foil on the pan and cook for about 35 minutes

Then cook for about 15 minutes without foil (to brown a little)
