Easy Mixed Up Mexican Lunch

1 medium corn tortilla1 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream1 oz medium shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup salsa1/2 avocado1/2 cup black beans1 cup torn red leaf lettuce
1. Slice tortilla into 8 triangle shapes and bake in a 400 degree ferenheit oven about 7 minutes or until lightly crisp.
2. Combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, salsa, avocado and black beans.
3. Make a "bed" of lettuce on plate and top with black bean mixture. Top with tortilla chips and serve. Enjoy!
