Jello-Yogurt Dessert

Ingredients
1 box sugar free gelatin -- any flavor, 4 servings1 cup boiling water1 cup ice water1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Directions
1. mix jello mix with 1 cup of hot water; stir until blended; let sit for 2 minutes
2. mix 1 cup cold/ice water into hot jello mixture, stir until ice melts (if using ice water)
3. refrigerate for 30 minutes until jello is thickened but not set
4. mix in 1 cup plain yogurt and whisk until smooth
5. refrigerate again until gelled.

Serving Size: makes 3 1-cup servings
