Turkey cutlets with lemon and capers

Ingredients
2 Turkey breast, 5 onces eacholive oilflour to coat chicken1 lemon2 Tbsp capers1/2 cup chicken broth, recommend reduced sodium1/2 package of frozen artichoke2 cloves of garlic, minced1 Tbsp parsley
Directions
Add olive oil to skillet. Heat pan high. Coat both chicken breast in flour. Place chicken in hot skillet and cook 5 mintues on each side, so chicken is browned.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 2 mintues
To this pan, squeeze 1 lemon, remove seeds. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth, and artichoke. Simmer for about 8 minutes.
When chicken cooked through and sauce has thickened a bit, remove from heat and plate. Garnish with Parsely.
