Lori's Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Icing

3 cups Flour2 cups Sugar5 tablespoons Cocoa Powder2 teaspoons Baking Soda1 teaspoon Salt1/2 cup Canola oil2 tablespoons Vinegar2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract2 cups cold waterIcing:2 cups Powdered Sugar2 tablespoons Butter2 tablespoons Oil4 tablespoons Milk2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder3/4 cup Peanut Butter
In a 13x9 in. baking pan, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Put pan aside, grab a bowl and mix canola oil vinegar, vanilla, and cold water. Make a well in the center of the dry mixture and pour the wet ingredients into it (or mix all together and then pour into a Pam sprayed pan). Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake 35-40 min or until pick comes out clean. While cake is baking, combine all the icing ingredients and when cake is cool enough ice the cake and invite the neighbors over for a slice! Enjoy!
