Monica's Noodles, Onions & Cottage Cheese

8 oz. barilla plus rotini1/2 c. chopped onion3 T butter1/4 t. salt1 c. 2% cottage cheese
Cook noodles according to instructions and drain. While noodles are boiling, saute onions in butter in large pan. Add cooked noodles to butter and onions. Add salt. Mix well. Serve with 1/4 c. cottage cheese.
