George's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

1 pie crust1 Medium pumpkin, peeled and seeds removed, cubed3 eggs 1 C brown sugar packed1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp cloves1/2 tsp nutmeg1 1/2 C half and half
Preheat oven to 450.
Cook pumpkin in microwave for 20 minutes. Drain and puree in food processor. Cppk over medium heat for 1 - 2 hour until water is drained out and pumpkin is thick. Cool. Beat eggs. Add pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices. Beat mixture. Add half and half, Pour into pie crust. Bake 15 minutes at 450. reeduce heat to 325 and bake 30 minutes more.
