Nutty Cookies

Ingredients
2 large bananas1/3 cup coconut flour3/4 cup almond butter1/2 teaspoon baking soda4 medjool dates (pitted and chopped)1/3 cup coconut milk1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Mash two large bananas, add coconut flour, almond butter, and baking soda then mix. After mixing add chopped walnuts or pecans, 4 medjool dates chopped, coconut milk, and cinnamon. Mix all ingredients again, then spoon onto cookie sheet about an inch or two apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 20 cookies (1 1/2 - 2 inch pieces)
