6 oz 93% ground beef (I actually use 96%!)1/4 cup diced green bell pepper1 TBS. diced onion1 TBS. Chili Sauce1 tsp. Lee and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce1 TBS. A-1 Steak Sauce
I also season with a bit of Garlic Salt and black pepper and then mix all ingredients gently together (over-mixing can make burgers tough!) and grill on BBQ (preferably) or in skillet for 4 minutes on one side and then turn over for remaining 3 minutes. I use 96% lean beef which was not a choice to use, so NI is not accurate!! Fat content would certainly be less!
