Ingredients:Brown Rice Tortilla 8 inch, 1 serving Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz gratedSpinach, fresh, 5 leafsChef Boyrdee Pizza Sauce 2 to 3 TBSPOlive Oil, 1/2 Tsp
Preheat oven to 380 degrees.
Rub olive oil on tortilla. Bake approx 5 minutes until crispy but not browned. Remove from oven.
Place sauce on tortilla, cheese and spinach. Return to oven bake 9 to 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy the nice hot whole pizza all to yourself!
Tip: For the pizza parlor appearance and taste, sprinkle paprika over the cheese prior to baking.
