Chicken with Wine Sauce-Kerri

Ingredients
Italian Seasoning3 cloves garlic1 package frozen broccoli1 lb chicken breast4 oz. white winetomatoesolive
Directions
chop garlic, saute in olive oil
dice chicken into bite size pieces
add chicken to garlic and olive oil, cook on all sides (stirring about 10 minutes)
add broccoli and wine
chop tomatoes, add to mixture. Heat through thoroughly

    I'm sorry, I didn't realize the recipe was available to others! I typically use two large tomatoes. You could also use a can of no-salt added diced tomatoes.
