Tortillini Soup

Ingredients
1 package Turkey Italian Sausage links, cooked2.5 cup ww cheese tortillini (9 oz package)4 cloves garlic1/2 chopped onion6 carrots, chopped4 medium zucchini, sliced4 cups low-sodium V8 juice2 cup low/no sodium chicken broth2 Tbsp pickapeppa4 tsp basil2 tsp oregano2 pints/cans tomatoes1 Tbsp sugar
Directions
Broil Italian sausage. Slice. Saute garlic, carrots, onion about 5 minutes. Add juice, broth, tomatoes, and spices. Simmer 15 minutes. Add tortellini and zucchini and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is done. Stir in sliced sausage.

Makes 16 cups; two meals
