Crock Pot Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef1 med onion, chopped2/3 cup oatmeal2 eggs2 tbs mustard1 cup ketchup, divided1 tsp liquid smoke1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions
mix beef and onion thoroughly, then mix in rest of ingredients (minus 2 Tbsp of the ketchup). Form into a loaf in the crock pot, and top with remaining 2 Tbsp of Ketchup. Put crock pot on high for 4 hours or on low for 8-10 hours.

Serving Size: makes a 2+ lb meatloaf
