Many Grains Bread

Ingredients
4 tsp yeast1 cup all purpose flour1 cup whole wheat white or whole wheat pastry flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup rye flour1/4 cup cornmeal1/4 cup quick oats1/8 cup oat bran1/8 cup buckwheat flour (substitute wheat germ)1/8 cup flaxseed milled1/8 cup wheat bran1 tsp salt1 1/2 cup warm skim milk (substitute water)1/8 cup molasses1/8 cup honey1/8 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Put all ingredients into a bread macchine as listed, or mix and knead by hand. In bread macchine, put on manual white bread setting.
Let rise one hour or until double in size in warm place or in bread macchine.
Remove from bread macchine, or bowl, and punch down and put into greased 1 1/2 lb breadloaf pan and cover lightly with greased waxed paper and towel.
Let rise another 30-40 minutes until double in size.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees until golden brown, about 30-40 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Store in airtight container for about 5 days, or in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
Variation for cinnamon raisin bread, add 2 tsp cinnamon and 2/3 cup raisins.
