Baked Egg Custard

12 C non fat milk4 large eggs18ts, or 6TB white sugar1ts vanilla extract
Directions
Whisk all together. Pour into casserole dish, bake 150 degrees celcius for 2-2.5 hrs or until set. Before baking, sprinkle with nutmeg if desired. Eat warm or cold
