5 Cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal1 cup slivered almonds1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup chopped pecans1 cup wheat germ1 cup canola oil1 cup honey
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl stir together oatmeal, almonds, walnuts, pecans, wheat germ. Heat oil and honey in pan or microwave until well blended. Pour over oat and nuts mixture and stir to evenly coat. Spread out in even layer on 2 cookie sheets. Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven, until oats and nuts are toasted. Let stand until cooled and break into chunks. Store in airtight container.
