Seasoned Rice with "Chicken" Strips

Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp Garlic, 1.5 clovesBrocolinni, 1.5 stalks Seasoned Rice, medium grain, .5 cup Onions, raw, 1 tbsp choppedGardein Meat Free Crispy Tenders, 3 servingOlive Oil, .5 tbsp
Directions
1) Heat olive oil - medium heat

2) Chop garlic - once oil is heated through in garlic and brown

3) Chop other veggies and put in pan - satay for a couple minutes then through in seasoned rice and stir together

4) Take out baked "chicken" tenders and cut length ways

5) Put all together and serve.
