Spicy Vegetarian Chilli

Ingredients
Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Diced Tomatoes, Onion, Green Pepper, Corn, Habanero Pepper, Garlic, Salt, Chili Powder.
Directions
Sautee garlic and onions in a dab of olive oil. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for about 20 minutes until green peppers are tender. Add chili powder (about a tablespoon) and salt to taste.

Since there is no meat in this, putting a whole habanero makes it very spicy so not for those who dont like spicy food. Top with low fat cheese and light sour cream.
