Chicken & Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil1.34 lbs boneless chicken breast1 head of cauliflower, chopped8 oz Classico pasta sauce - tomato & basil1 red bell pepper, chopped1 tsp cumin1 tsp thyme1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet or soup pot. Brown chicken on all sides. Meanwhile, chop cauliflower into small pieces and add to pot / skillet. Add all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover & cook for 45 min, stirring occasionally.

Can also put all in crock pot for 5 hours
