Boneless Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 Tbls olive oil1 lb boneless rosemary1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper1 cup sliced Portabella Mushrooms3 cloves Garlic, minced1 cup Onions sliced 1 cup Chicken Broth
Directions
Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper and rosemary. Brown in oil on both sides. Remove chops from pan and cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in same pan until soft. Add chicken broth to pan scraping the bottom and bring to a boil. Add chops back to pan, cover and simmer 30 min.until tender. Serve with rice or noodles.
