Pork Sala Verde Burrito

Ingredients
10 oz pork7oz green chile salsa verdy1/2 large white onion1Tbs chopped garlic1 cup frozen pepper strips1.5 Shredded nonfat cheddar cheese12 Tbsp Non-fat Sour cream6 low carb/fat tortillas
Directions
Slow cook pork/covered in 350 degree oven for up to 1 hour. Let set, then pull apart.
Saute onion, garlic, peppers until onion is glassy. Add pulled pork and salsa verde. Simmer.

take tortilla and warm if desire. Spread 1/4 cup cheese on tortilla, then add 1/2 cup mixture. Put 2 Tbls of non-fat sour cream on top and roll up burrito style.
