Ingredients
Jules Gluten free bread mix2 Tbs. honey or agave nectar1 1/4 cup plain yogurt, dairy or non-dairy (use vanilla flavored yogurt for a sweeter bread)1 tsp apple cider vinegar1/4 cup olive oil2 large eggs or egg substituteyeast packet (included with the mix)
Directions
Bring liquid ingredients to room temp. follow instructions from package. add liquids to bread machine first, then flour. Make a well in the flour for the yeast. Level bread before the rise. bake to internal temp of at least 205.
