Banana Nut Power Muffins

Ingredients
• Egg, fresh, 1 large • Salt, 0.50 tsp • Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) • Baking Powder, 1 tsp • Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp • Oats, 2 cup • Apple Sauce - All Natural, 2 serving • Athenos Greek Strained Nonfat Yogurt, 1 serving • Vi-Shape Shake, 12 serving • Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped • Salt, 1/2 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Divide into 12 cupcakes (w/ or w/out liners) using 1/4 cup of batter per cupcake (if there is some left over, just try to distribute it evenly)

Bake at 350 for 25 minues
