Nigella's Rocky Road Crunch Bars

300g good dark chocolate125g unsalted butter3 tablespoons syrup200g packet milk coffee biscuits100g mini marshmallows
1. Melt together the chocolate, butter and syrup (remove 2 ladlefuls and set aside)
2. Place biscuits in a plastic bag and break roughly (not too fine as pieces should be uneven)
3. To the main chocolate mixture add chopped biscuits and mini marshmallows, mix together.
4. Tip mixture into foil or paper lined square tin, flatten the top.
5. Pour over reserved chocolate mixture and place in refrigerator to set.
6. Cut into squares when set and sprinkle with icing sugar.
