Bread without yeast

Ingredients
* Whole Wheat Flour, 5 cup * Flour, white, 1 cup * Fennel seed, 3 tbsp * Flax Seed, 1 tbsp * Salt, 1 tbsp * Olive Oil, 1 cup * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Add olive oil slowly and mix well with hands until consistency looks like shredded cheese.
Add the warm water slowly. You might not need all the water. Pour little by little until desire consistency.
Form a long roll and cut small pieces about 2" thick to form balls, flattened and make pita shape bread.
Bake for 20 mins.
