Directions
Melt 1 tblsp of Smart Balance in a saucepan then add Oats and toast for 2 mins stirring now and then. Add 2 3/4 cups of boiling water to pan and simmer without touching it and without the lid on for 25 mins. Add 1 cup of Fat Free Organic Milk, bring back to a simmer leave simmering for another 10 mins.

Add brown sugar and cinnimon to taste, let sit for 10 mins and ENJOY!
