Health Nut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup applesauce¾ cup honey2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 ½ cup whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt¼ cup soy flour1/8 cup milled flax seeds1/8 cup wheat germ¾ cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut¼ sliced almonds¼ cup walnuts, chopped very fine¼ cup raw shelled unsalted sunflower seeds1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Mix apple sauce and honey. Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla & mix well.
In separate bowl, combine the flours, baking soda and salt. Mix in milled flax &wheat germ. Add to wet ingredients and mix well. Mix in coconut, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seed and chocolate chips, beat until well mixed. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto cookie sheets and bake in 350oF oven for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy without guilt!
