Ingredients
Multi-Grain Buchwheat Pancakes2 c buckwheat flour1/4 cup arrowroot flour1/4 cup tapioca flour1/2 cup amaranth flour5 tsp. baking powder1 tbsp. sugar (can be omitted)1/2 tsp. salt4 tbsp. olive oil1 1/4 cup Dream Rice Milk (original)1 1/4 cup water4 large eggs
Directions
Heat griddle.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir together with a dry spoon. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine water, rice milk, eggs and olive oil. Beat together with a whisk until all ingredients are blended. Add small amounts of dry ingredients as you continue mixing. Once all ingredients have been added, cook on hot griddle.

Makes 30 3 inch diameter pancakes
